In accordance to art. 13 point 1−2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as RODO - we would like to inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data is 2 THE CARGO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wiązowna (05-462) at Polna 5 B, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000584749, VAT ID PL5322055038.

I. Personal data and the way of using it.

1. Services and products providing.

Provision of services by 2 THE CARGO Sp. o.o includes the following activities: operational and documentary handling of forwarding and customs activities, administrative tasks related to the execution of the order via electronic and telephone communication, invoicing, charging for the service, sending and processing complaints, remaining service related to the entrusted forwarding order

• Contact and name details (name and surname, PESEL, ID number, addresses)
• E-mail addresses
• Telephone numbers
• Delivery and pick up addresses
• Company details for invoicing (name, VAT ID, address)
• Commercial information and data (related to commercial documents handling such as commercial invoice)


3. For how long do we keep your data?

As a result from trade and tax regulations as well as internal regulations of 2 THE CARGO Sp. z o.o. this term is as follows:

• For cooperating companies will be stored throughout the cooperation period,
• Investigation of possible complaints for the period necessary to resolve a dispute (60 days) - art. 6 par. 1 fig. f RODO,
• The maximum period for storing data for accounting purposes is 5 years, counting from the calendar year in which tax payment due for the service provided has expired. This is related to the expiration of the period of limitation of tax obligations in the territory of the Republic of Poland.


4. Do we forward your data?

YES, in aim to fulfill the forwarding order we forward them:

• To subjects actinng on behalf and on direct order of 2 THE CARGO Sp. z o.o., such as: truckers, sea and air carriers, couriers, customs agencies, terminals and warehouses;
• b) They may be provided to authorities and entities with an appropriate legal basis authorizing the collection of your personal data, e.g. Police, Internal Security Agency, Border Guard, National Tax Administration and others

The scope of the data is limited to and only all necessary information to fulfill the order.

II. Processing of personal data

1. We process your personal data and company details for the purposes of forwarding and customs orders.
2. We process your data for internal statistical purposes in order to grant the status of a Regular Customer and eventual rebates.

III. Right to object:

According to RODO, you have a right to:

• the right to access your data and to receive a copy thereof;
• the right to rectify (amend) your data;
• the right to delete data, limit the processing of data;
• the right to object to the processing of data;
• the right to data transfer;
• the right to raise a complaint to the supervisory authority.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data described above at any time. We will cease to process your data for mentioned purposes, unless we can show that there is an important legally valid basis for us in relation to your data that is superior to your interests, rights and freedoms or your data will be necessary for us to determine, investigation or defense of claims.
